Our department organises a Workshop on Simulation of Injection Moulding on 11-12 December

We recommend our dear Partners and Students to take note of the workshop organized by the Department of Polymer Engineering at BME on the 11th and 12th of December. The two-day lecture series and practical workshops will focus on trends in injection molding simulation. Participants will gain knowledge on how to create material database using measurement data, create simulation models to balance precision, time and costs in thermoplastic injection molding simulations. In addition, this workshop will introduce participants to process optimization tools and special injection molding simulations, for example foam and powder injection molding.
Participation is free of charge, but registration is required. Registration is available until December 8, 2024, via email at hajagossz@pt.bme.hu. For those attending in person, we will provide lunch, coffee, refreshments, and pastries during the workshop days.
